Step 1: Meet With Your Counselor & Choose Your Courses

Meet with your school counselor to choose up to 2 courses you will take during our July Intersession. Only one semester of PE may be taken during July Intersession.
*Please note, if you complete courses your counselor has not approved, we cannot guarantee your school will accept the credit you earn. It is up to you to make sure the courses you choose will fulfill your school’s graduation requirements.
Step 2: Pre-Registration & Orientation
Pre-Register in StudentTrac
Parent/Guardian or Adult Student: Please locate your photo ID and the student’s immunization records, IEP, or 504 plan if applicable. You’ll need to upload these to the student files in StudentTrac during registration. Here is a short video showing you how to upload your files.
You will also provide your intersession course choices and complete your online orientation during pre-registration. Please make sure a parent/guardian and the student are available to complete the orientation.

Step 3: Finalize Your Enrollment
Once we have received all of the necessary information, our office will email you confirming your enrollment is complete and has been finalized. We will contact you if we need more information to complete your registration.
Your July Intersession enrollment is not complete until your enrollment paperwork is completed in its entirety, the parent/guardian’s or adult student’s photo ID has been uploaded and you have completed the orientation in StudentTrac.
