Find Your Way
Options For Youth is a fully-accredited public charter school helping students find their passion and achieve their dreams in a safe and productive learning environment.
Students work independently at a pace tailored to their ability and learning level, as teachers provide individualized attention and guidance. The low student-teacher ratio allows each student to meet one-on-one with their teacher to discuss schoolwork.
In addition to independent study courses, students can participate in small group classes where they think critically and collaborate with others on assignments. OFY also offers onsite Math and English tutors in a variety of online courses.
Students can enroll any weekday of the year; there is no need to wait for classes to start or the semester to begin. Once enrolled, students, parents, and teachers partner to create a class schedule that respects and meets the needs of students.
OFY by the Numbers
More than a Diploma
Every OFY student has the opportunity to experience FREE groups, events, sports, trips, camps, and college tours.
Every 9-12th grade student is eligible to play on OFY’s many sports teams including softball, basketball, soccer, volleyball, bowling, and passing league football. Team members experience the value of healthy competition and physical fitness.
OFY partners with local community non-profits animal shelters, senior citizen homes, and conservations. Students build character with activities that make a positive impact, such as fundraising, volunteering, and coordinating service programs.
Groups & Events
Students have the opportunity to join groups and activities, such as cheerleading, talent shows, and prep fairs. Every student also attends special events like Grad Night, Senior Signing Day, and a graduation ceremony.
