Welcome to OFY-VV Credit Enrichment!

The Credit Enrichment enrollment process is pretty simple, just 4 easy steps!

WIOA: Our Hesperia 1 and Hesperia 2 locations are exclusive partners of the Work Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). They can serve high school students in grades 9-12 who are at least 14 years old and focus on providing job skills and career training. For more information click here.

Step 1

Speak to Your Counselor

Your school district counselor will fill out a Google form to select your courses or provide you with an unofficial transcript with course recommendations signed off by the counselor. You can bring the transcript to the school site of your choice, or you can upload it into Student Trac while completing your registration. (See Step 3)

Step 2

Complete OFY Digital Registration

If you are a new student, create a StudentTrac account to fill out your registration forms.

If you are a returning student, sign into your account to fill out your registration forms.

If you have any issues logging in, please call your desired location for assistance.

Step 3

Upload Documents

You may upload the following documents in StudentTrac under the "Family Upload" folder
  • Immunization records
  • Unofficial transcript
  • IEP (if applicable)
*These items may also be brought into the school site of your choice if needed

Step 4

Orientation

Once these steps are completed, students will be contacted for their orientation date and time.
BOTH STUDENTS AND PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST BE PRESENT AT ORIENTATION.

Additional Notes:

  • Online Programs - All appointments, orientation, work, tests, and tutors are strictly online. NO in-person appointments.
  • In-Person - All appointments, orientation, work, tests, and tutors are IN-PERSON at the school site.
  • All students must be enrolled by July 7th to have enough time to complete courses if they plan on returning to their district school for the Fall
  • Students may earn up to 10 credits in as little as 6 weeks
  • Only 5 credits of physical education may be completed per 6-week time span of enrollment
